VP ACCOUNTS AND TAXES KENT WA

I File my tax return Starting March 2022 With VP Accounts and Taxes Since today One year ago. I don’t Receive my tax return back yet. I go ask them 3, 4 Time where is my tax they every time say Government receive it and they don’t do any help to me. They just getting there on payment amount that’s is.

My husband and I had our taxes done here this year and he made a simple mistake that he could of corrected but he couldn't or didn't want to fix it so we had to pay a second tax preparer to do the job correctly. ☹️ I tried to reconcile with him on several occasions but got no help ☹️ Feeling frustrated.

My dad went to do his taxes and they filled 2017 instead of 19. They didn’t even file they just filled out the paper work and said you file but kept $180 for doing nothingIf you didn’t do the right job you shouldn’t get paidVery rudeWhen I called to see what we can do he hung up in my face and insisted I come in during covid when I stated Cleary I live further awayDONT FILE HERE! They won’t do a good jobYour better off going to RICO TAX services. Or Turbo tax they also charge half the price of vp quick and easy.I am not a competitor just an honest customer and I always give benefit of the doubt. Sadly I would not recommend this business.
