I work at an elementary school, so for student safety, prompt addressing of mechanical issues is extremely important.After a crucial door failed to lock, Vortex was able to send someone less than 24 hours after the issue became apparent. The repairman, Cory, was very thorough in diagnosing and fixing the issue, going through many redundancies to make sure the repair would consistently work. Our staff can breathe a lot easier now!

John is absolutely amazing!! He came out the next day to fix our ailing door, and our customers are happy once again that they can open it with ease ?. We run a high-speed convenience store/gas station and having an easy to open entry doors absolutely essential to our flow and John at vortex doors took care of the problem very quickly, much appreciated!!
