Michelle. the owner always goes out of her way to accommodate my ever changing schedule. Her team always makes sure to do the extra touches like folding the end of the toilet paper into a V. My members comment about how great the place looks. I never see her team because of my schedule, it is nice to know they will always take care of the property and make it look nice.
