We chose to go with Phoenix Remodeling for our bathroom upgrade and flooring installation after receiving several bids. Jon was very friendly, knowledgeable, and created a professional invoice that covered all of the areas we discussed. We had initial issues with one of our contractors and had to start later than planned. We also had issues getting in all of the flooring from the different vendors we chose due to the pandemic and shipping mishaps. Through all of it, Jon was flexible and communicated well. He walked us through unexpected issues and gave us choices, which was appreciated. He accommodated last minute add ons like a new water heater. He was able to get our bathroom and flooring done within our time frame. Josh, Anthony, & Dave were always responsive to our requests and provided excellent workmanship. The flooring looks amazing and bathroom is a dream, we'll be using Phoenix when we remodel our kitchen.
