Even though we chose not to have repair done to my laptop due to age and price, it would be wiser to get new one I would still have used. He was very knowledgeable, answered questions, and we both felt we could trust what he was saying. The only thing would say is if you're mobile challenged by stairs, know that's how you have to get upstairs.

Being a tax accountant and doing accounting these guys put a super rush on getting my data off of a drive that had bent SATA drive pins. I can't even begin to thank them enough!!!

They pointed me to a shop in FW , to fix a tablet
Our Son had broken the hinge on his MSI Laptop Justin ordered the parts, blew out the dust bunnies ( fans were running hot) + updated his graphics driver so Son & go back to his video games :-) Great local company & service
