Company provides coffee and candy to enjoy while you wander about, a nice touch. They provides quartz and tile samples at no cost, awesome. Natural stone slabs (granite and quartzite) are available to see and touch. They carry LVT also. Pricing is somewhat mysterious. For the quartz products, they have groups varying by comparative cost but you have to get prices from a fabricator. It would help to have "retail" prices so that you could get an idea if a product is possibly within your budget.

Our customer rep was super helpful. She showed us around and made some suggestions on colors and different tile / quartz options. She was very attentive and answered all my questions. She also gave us the samples we wanted free of charge. We have been to many showrooms and that was the best experience we had!

MSI showroom was a fantastic resource in the selection process for tiles for our renovation. They shipped many samples to my home as well as provided samples from their showroom. We chose Canyon Creek stacked stone for our fireplace and Cicely marble tile for the kitchen backsplash. It was very helpful to see many different options in our home and with our new countertops.
