Fast service! But 180$ for a 5min job getting my car door open is just too high personally.(was going to charge 240$!?) I'd be more understanding of the price if it took some effort to get the car open but it took him one try literally 5min tops. I will say no damage was done to the car so can't complain there.
Our safe lost its battery and the emergency key went missing. They were very helpful and came almost immediately and helped us out from 12am - 1am in the morning. They managed to break through the safe and helped out so we didn't miss our flight the next day!
9/21/2020 I was in a terrible mood that day due to lack of sleep so I was just glad to get someone to show up and into my car. Looking at my car later and back at my memory, the guy scratched my door. This is likely due to the screwdriver he used and not a plastic pry tool which I have a dozen of at home (I wasn't at home), but may be from the metal arm thing too. He also told me on the phone it would be $70 but ended up charging me $87 after taxes. Suddenly it was $79 at the end of the 5 minutes and he charged tax on the price because I had to use a debit card, even though I told him I didn't have cash on the phone. I maybe could of negotiated with him but due to how I was feeling that day, I didn't bother. Nice guy, but definitely dwelled on these two things when I got home that night and needed to mention them. Still recommend, but just make sure to prepare for the things mentioned above. 1/19/2022 I just noticed the message from the dude saying he would refund my money. I appreciate that kind of service, even though I don't need to receive any refund. I'm sorry the change in the review came so late. This whole situation was my fault anyway. I was slacking on the replacement of the battery in my key fob and I assumed my lock didn't work because it was from a different car, or the previous owner had ruined it somehow. Turns out my car had a common lock-breaking issue where the tumbler failed and I just fixed my lock a couple of weeks after this for less than $20 by myself. Cleaned and reoiled every single piece in that lock. Expensive mistake, but lesson learned. Better than cutting my key fob, resoldering my key battery, and gluing the whole thing back together; which I still need to do eventually.
