My son has been going here for 5 years and he loves it so much. Skip is an amazing teacher. He's very patient with the kids.

Had a great ladies self defense class today at Lion’s with Nova Self Defense! I really hope to attend the next time too! Great instructor and I learned a lot. Quite a workout too!
