Had a problem with our disposal. Easy to schedule and they were able to come within days. We know how busy all the repair places are these days. The technician was prompt, polite and helpful. Fixed the problem quickly. Will call them again when we need a plumber
The service crew arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem with my outdoor faucet, fixed it immediately and didn't charge me anything since it was such a minor issue. Now that is customer service at it's best! Will definitely recommend them to others and will use them for my future plumbing needs.
I compared quotes to replace the cartridge in the faucet of the shower/tub in the guest bathroom of my condo. Chris at I Need a Plumber Now came to my home same day. He already had the needed part in his truck, so he was able to make the repair quickly.
