Signed up for the monthly plan. So far, pretty good. Cam was super nice and informative. The vacuums need to be serviced to ensure they ALL are operable. Sometimes it’s grid locked and you have to wait for a working station. Also, car fresheners should never run out!! It’s paid for and should be received at time of service.

The vacuums are free for everyone even if you don’t purchase a car wash the attendant told me yesterday 8/30/2024. The car wash tunnel however… I paid for the premium wash, ($22) and sure my work car is an older Prius so it is shaped weird but the attendant guiding you into tunnel doesn’t have a brush to get the spots the tunnel will definitely miss. I thought the highest level wash would have some wheel wash features but my rims still have highway dirt on the flat outside that could be reached by the machine (if it did that?!)
Tdlr: Free to use vacuums that work really well. Tunnel wash at highest option still sucked. 3.5/5... read full review

It’s a good car wash and leaves your car pretty clean for an automatic car wash my biggest critique is the vacuum spots after the car wash . There is almost no space and the spots are so close together it’s just uncomfortable
