Two of my tires popped after hitting a curb. The representative who took the call was very friendly and extremely helpful. The tow truck driver, Harry, was very kind, fast, and efficient. He arrived at my location within 15 minutes of the call. Overall, it was a very friendly and amazing customer service experience. I will definitely use this service again for any future roadside emergencies.

Broke down on I-5 during rush hour on Friday 1/05/24. I have a towing service with my insurance company (USAA). Those idiots left us stranded on the shoulder for over 3 hours and never sent anyone, after telling us service was on the way multiple times. I finally looked for a local company on my own. I found Fly Towing and spoke with Singh. They got someone out to us and got my truck (Ford f450) towed to the dealer. They were helpful, professional and very timely. The service and experience couldn't have been better and i wholeheartedly recommend them

My car had a catastrophic engine failure in Federal Way and I live in Bremerton. Googled tow companies nearby and Fly had the best reviews so I gave them a call. Really glad I did. Harry had a great attitude and helped me out towing my car all the way back to Bremerton. Truck and equipment were nice and well maintained. I really appreciate the help!
