The first project was to cut a trench drain in the garage to direct water away from a wall and to repair the water damage to the molding and drywall. The second project was to identify the source of moisture in a storage space, which required removing a deck, repairing the source of the leak, drywall and painting.Both projects were completed efficiently, had an extremely high quality of finished product (like new), and were completed at a very reasonable cost. Both projects were also fairly complex and the project management and troubleshooting was next-level. It felt like an episode of Holmes on Homes where they were able to quickly identify the original builder's mistakes and find creative solutions to fix the problem and make the damaged area look brand new. They are experts at what they do and will be our first call in the future if we need some work done on the house.“

“We bought a large 4,000+ sq ft house that needed a full remodel, mostly cosmetic, but still a huge job, new kitchen, four new bathrooms, new flooring throughout the house, new roof, some new electrical an a plumbing. Andrey was quick to respond and started our project early. They are all friendly and easy to work with and did an amazing job with the house, my only concern was that clean up was a little bit messy, there were stickers left on outside 2nd story windows so I had to go on the roof to pick those off, some paint scuffs here and there on the floor and drips of stuff on windows. However that wasn't a big deal we can clean that up, the pricing was very fair and the work looks great, and they kept the job rolling, even adding some stuff as we needed it for our home owners insurance. Highly recommend, would absolutely hire again.“

“In May of 2024 we had a small and relatively confined housefire in our family home. Though I am grateful it wasn’t worse, there was smoke damage and repairs were necessary as a result.
