Cascadia Global Security is not a bad company, but my experience with them was not good. I give the company a 5 star because their interview and onboarding were great. However, my supervisor was zero star. To make a long story short. I worked for this company for about three months. I was posted in the mobile post where you sit in your car and patrol. On my first day, the guard I was relieving gave me a key to the car and an access badge to an office. Now, since no one told me anything about anything, I used the office when I was not patrolling. Cascadia Global Security is the best company which I have ever been. Best management and professional employees and always taking care of their clients and staff. Also this company pays outstanding and providing overtime for its employees. I am proud of working at this company
