I’ve been using Apex flooring for about 4-5 years now. I used to be head of maintenance for a 250 unit mid rise apartment complex in Ballard. We renovated every unit and used Apex for each one. Their installers are an absolute pleasure to work with and Tony is the best! I am now a general contractor and always reach out to Tony with any flooring questions or quotes and he always is there for me. This company is the best.

We totally enjoy working with the wonderful people at Apex Flooring and have recommended them to many of our HOA members. From the delivery guy, Patrick who originally received the wrong wood to deliver to us and then had to drive down to Portland and pick up the correct size wood and come back to re-deliver to us. Upon delivering the correct sized product he volunteered to help us move our TV and heavy TV stand if we needed his help because he fishes each Saturday close to our home. What a truly warm-hearted man he is. We felt extremely comfortable and in great hands with the expertise of your installer Mike who explained everything he was doing and allowed our input when it came to the type and color of the caulking around the circular hearth. We've glad we listened to his advice, for it ended up perfect. I looked forward to hearing Faith's upbeat voice each time she would answer the phone and, of course, Mary is the Gem of this amazing company. Mary takes a personal interest in her customers and is always there to not only answer questions, but she solves problems, puts out fires, and reassures her customers that all will look great .... and it always has. Thank you again for this SECOND home project that we totally love.
