I’ve been a client here for several years, and overall this clinic has provided solid care at very reasonable prices. For a young, generally healthy dog, this was a good and practical option, and I always felt the staff was professional and efficient.
As my dog got older and her needs became more complex, I found myself wanting a bit more hands-on guidance, warmth, and emotional support during a very difficult stage. My dog recently passed away, and while the clinic was kind and updated her records promptly, the experience felt more clinical than personal.

I cannot speak highly enough about the care and compassion provided by Dr. Nagra and the entire team at A Pet Clinic of Kent. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. Dr. Nagra the time to thoroughly examine my pup and patiently answered all of questions, making sure we felt confident in the care plan.
The level of attention to detail and personalized care we received was exceptional. Dr Nagra, so quick to return my calls and keep me updated on my dog’s status. He has great hours and open on Saturdays.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for all the care and effort you put into saving our cat Tiger. He was very loved and the fact that you opened a space in your busy schedule to see him due to the emergency, it was very much appreciated. He passed away yesterday at 5am. He will be missed. Thank you for all you did for him.
