Request for a carpet and appliance deep clean. The pair of them showed up late, then informed me that they didn’t know what service was requested. I was then told that they didn’t bring the van to clean my carpets and it would take 20 + minutes to get it if I wanted to have the carpets cleaned. The male of the pair that did all the talking was the only one who spoke any English and then informed me I had to pay an extra $20 for an invoice and that they took cash only payments which I was not informed of before setting up the appointment.Had I had a choice I would never have hired them to do the work and felt the whole situation was shady from the way I was talked... read full review
