Great hair cut the first time and not so great the second. I think someone other than tiny did the second one or maybe someone different did the first idk. The main issue I have with them is both times they had booking errors and either double booked or someone just deleted our appointment but when we told them we had the appointment slip they asked us to bring them in that day but at a later time. Then both times they finished later than we were told and when we came back the second time we where told to we still had to wait both times. Luckily I was off both days but did miss a family function the second. Idk what one would do if they had to work and something like that happens. It was a inconvenience but it could have been worse. It's worth a shot but maybe on a day your not super pressed do time. On the plus side they are nice people and seemed to really care about the animals not just the money.

We've been taking three of our dogs to Amber for quite a few years. They take appointments, which is convenient. We brought in the three dogs today at 10 am, and they were ready for pickup before 2. We've never had any of their haircuts turn out badly, and they all love seeing Amber even though they're a bit skittish around most people. Amber always gives the girl dogs bows and the boy dogs bandanas.
