Made an appointment to have a regular manicure and pedicure, they wanted me to come in right when they opened. Walked in and there was only one nail tech running around serving five women at once. She got us all seated and the rest of the nail techs came in a few minutes later. Honestly it just felt rushed for no reason, the girls switched out halfway through my pedicure after one cut my big toe and was bleeding and the lady that did my nails did a worse job than I could have done. I understand they may have felt overwhelmed with how many people were coming in, but I had an appointment and just felt rushed and didn't get the best job. We were so happy to find a quality salon open on a Sunday! We requested special designs in preparation for an upcoming trip, and we're so pleased with the results. Friendly service and very clean. Love,love, love the variety of colors to choose from! Highly recommend.

I was in the Polished Nail Salon 2 days ago. My thumb and finger are still sore from the technician cutting so close I was bleeding. When I tried to tell her my thumb cuticle was bleeding she acted like she didn't understand and tried to make some excuse. She took her time on my mani-pedi but she needs to make sure she doesn't cut people and listen. She also cut my nails so short there isn't much left. She didn't seem to understand that either. I have been in this salon before and not had a problem. All in all I would not go back. Try Tippy next.
