MH did a tenant improvement for us last year and we couldn't be happier. They helped facilitate the process from initial design, permitting, and construction. Even with the large number of stakeholders at our company, MH handled everything in stride.Its construction, so there were numerous twists and turns, yet MH stayed cool calm and collected while just marching forward. Budget was right on, and they didn't blink twice when we threw changes into the mix. Extremely happy with their processes, employees, subcontractors, transparency, and fairness.Highly recommend Mike and the entire crew.
