Just had a fantastic impromptu visit to the jcp salon. I'm visiting from out of town and decided to add new hair color to my vacation itinerary. I was really happy to get an appt as a walk-in (only a 2 hr wait, but when you're at the mall, it flies, right!?) I was thrilled with the whole experience! Hannah was amazing! She got my color (green as green can be) just right. The sweet girl at the counter couldn't have been more helpful. And when I needed some product on my way out, they found me just the right things. I can't wait to book my next color adventure! I'll visit from out of town just to get my hair done here.

I always hate to complain especially since the staff was so nice but I went in and asked for a certain color and for whatever reason they chose a color I was worried was way off from what I wanted and I was right. Now not only did I spend that money but I’m spending more to try to correct it. I just wish if they couldn’t give me what I asked for they would have just explained that.

Wish I had read the reviews before. I had asked the cost before treatment was done and was quoted $75. A root color I also asked for my bangs to be trimmed. I assumed the bangs(5min) trim would be included in the price.. Wrong.. When at the till I was charged another $20.
