I know I can replace the battery myself, but I've had trouble in the past with that. Mike immediately took the time to replace the battery, and I know he was very busy with other things. “I broke a key for the storage compartments on my RV one day before an extended camping trip. I went to two different places and they couldn't help me. I came here the morning that we are leaving for the trip with both the broken key and RV in case the lock needed to be re-keyed or otherwise bypassed or replaced. I handed them the two pieces of the key and he didn't even hesitate. He grabbed a blank and was able to cut a new key using the broken one as a guide. New key works perfect, camping trip saved.
