Really nice staff and I love that labs are done in the same building! My doctor took a lot of time with me and really made me feel seen and heard. Best doctor visit I’ve had in a long time!

My kids have been going for ever and never an issue with anyone there. So I figured why not call and get a PCP for myself. Call to make myself an appointment, still waiting to get scheduled but I have called 3 times today alone and 1 out of the 3 have been professional and kind. The other two were short, rude and talk over you. It really is unbelievable. This is exactly what discourages people from going through the hassle of setting up appointments. Considering all the reviews stating the same I'm surprised this has not been dealt with yet.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service at Kadlec Kennewick Primary care. The attitude displayed by the receptionist lady named ANNETTE was downright disrespectful and rude! The dismissive and indifferent manner in which my concerns were handled reflects poorly on the company's values and commitment to customer satisfaction. I strongly advise others to reconsider engaging with a company that neglects basic principles of customer service and fails to uphold a respectful attitude towards its patrons.
