Today we received complete system check. Communication on appointment and technicians arrival was excellent. Upon arrival the technician (Jarod C.) performed a very thorough inspection of our HVAC system taking the time to explain everything in terms that we're easily understood. He ensured that he used his shoe covers to protect our floors each time he entered the house. He was very professional and courteous in the performance of his work.
Carter came to my home today to perform preventative maintenance on my HVAC system. He called to let me know that he was on his way. When he arrived he introduced himself and wanted to see the system components. It was found that my system is running optimally. Carter is friendly and very professional and knowledgeable about my system. He explained everything that he was doing. He gave my system a thorough inspection and didn’t find any problems. That’s why I have Jacobs and Rhodes as my service provider, they have excellent employees.
