Quick, knowledgeable, and efficient. Steve and his crew were wonderful to have working in my home. The new heat pump, furnace and thermostat are all awesome. It's a real treat to have the whole house comfortable again after several years of going without cebtral heat or AC.
Would recommend to anyone. Horst was very responsive. They were straightforward and did the job they said they were going to do in a very timely manner. The best AC business I've dealt with in the Tri cities by far.
Steve Horst came over and diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes. Had my AC running like a champ in less than 30 minutes. Steve is "honest " which is a huge plus. I had other local big HVAC companies try to get me to buy a new system unnecessarily just so they can rake in the money. Oh well, I'm done with those companies . Horst is where my loyalty is from now on.
