I love working for Family Resource Home Care in Kennewick, Wa. All the staff are amazing. They make you feel like your family. They are always very helpful. The staff care equally about the workers and clients. They go above and beyond to make sure both client and workers needs are met. I highly recommend Family Resource Home Care to future clients and to future employees.
I have worked for family resource for about 3 Years now. Being a mom of 4 little ones i love how flexible they are with my schedule. I love my clients and they love me. They are not only clients but family at this point.
For Home Care services, Family Resource Home Care is the best company I have ever been apart of. Not only do they put their clients AND caregivers first, but the structure they have as a company as whole is beyond. Its a large company with a small family feel. In regard to services, they are the only one providing 24/7 care in the Walla Walla area and also have the staffing to do so. All caregivers go through 2 background processes and are perfectly matched based off personality and care needs. I would highly recommend Family Resource Home Care to my family and friends or to anyone in the area needing home care services.
