My son left another sports training facility because he just wasn't getting what he needed both emotionally and physically. We have many friends who have taken their child athletes to EAT throughout the years. We went ahead and signed our son up for the 10wk (Tweeners) summer training camp, and honestly this was the BEST decision we could have made!! This place is hands down the most committed and fundamentally sound program around. The Owner Steven Whitehead and all of his staff/coaches are absolutely amazing at what they do. They genuinely care about your child and getting them at the level they need to be for their age group and beyond. We have seen such a change in our son. In 8 short weeks he has gained strength, speed, agility, and most importantly Confidence! I can proudly say my son is a Lifer at Elite Athletics Training....🤗

Huge shoutout to Conner and his trainers at EAT!! He has been in intense training since December, 4 days a week. They are now working on the whole program which includes nutrition. This has been a struggle for Conner as any teenage boy can easily put away 6 pieces of pizza at a sitting. Conner has been making himself eggs for breakfast and choosing salads loaded with fresh veggies. EAT is not just physical training but a whole program of wellness. Steven Whitehead spent one on one time with Conner regarding his respect and integrity in all aspects of life in his first personal training sessions. We have seen such a huge change in our son in these last few months. It takes a village. Thank you Steve and Vaalyn for investing in our youth of the 509.

With the current lack of activities and sports we wanted to get Tristan into some type of sports training program. We took him to Elite Athletics Training (EAT) for some private sessions to start and as a protective mama bear I wasn’t sure what to expect.....were they going to run him into the ground? 😂 would they expect him to be next level right out of the gate? 🤷🏼‍♀️ Actually the total opposite. The first session was complete analyzation of his body mechanics. He’s been having 🏃‍♂️ gait issues and Dylan and Vaalyn made sure to start from the very basic walking position to strengthening some simple muscles to prevent injury before moving forward. From the minute we walked through the door, Steven Whitehead shook Tristan’s hand as did every single one of his staff, unprompted, asking him if he was new to the gym. Tristan was on cloud nine. Thank you Steven and the EAT crew, you guys are doing it right!
