This whole office is fabulous. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Rebecca Eng and Jennifer Corbin also are excellent providers. Having had a lot of experience with Rebecca Eng, I can’t say enough great things about her. She is always very positive in her diagnosis’s. She knows how to calm a fearful heart with her gentle manner. No pain ever - I don’t know how she does it. I’ve had several squamous and basal cell carcinomas removed and biospsied- no pain! Everyone here is so professional. I can’t say enough about this office. Dr. Hopp, thanks for creating such a wonderful office and group of people.

I have nothing but respect for Dr. Jaeger. After a few years of a wild goose chase to find a proper diagnosis for my issue, Dr. Jaeger was more than happy to help me get to the bottom of the issue and treatment has been a great success after multiple misdiagnoses and futile attempts at treatment. Highly recommend this location and Dr. Jaeger specifically!

Love both the medical and cosmetic side of this business! I've always had very acne prone, sensitive, red skin and the Novel Skin Solutions side (upstairs) has an amazing team that has helped me manage my skincare routine for years. The chemical peels are chefs kiss and very relaxing. I feel so special with the goodie bags they send you off with after lol. They usually have samples so you don't have to spend a lot of $$ on products that might not work for you. Once you find the products that do work, it's easy to stop by the front desk and stock up when needed. Oh! And they have skin friendly makeup - found my holy grail foundation there and my skin loves it! I've also had a couple of scares with moles and spots on my body and the Center For Excellence side (downstairs) eased my nerves and took care of me. Mole removal was quick, minimal pain, and had wonderful results! I tried another dermatologist that accepted my insurance but I had a terrible experience (mole removal was painful and left a scar and she told me moles = diabetes which scares me), so now I will never go anywhere other than Center for Excellence/Novel Skincare Solutions. 10/10 recommend this company for all your skincare needs ESPECIALLY if you have anxiety!
