We have had nothing but a great experience with this location. We ere visiting from Colorado and they made it so easy to get new tanks for my son so we didn’t have to travel with them. I even apparently forgot how to put the regulator on and thought something was broken. I called on a Saturday and they were quick and prompt with coming and helping me out. Even though I felt completely d*** they were nothing but nice and assured me it was okay. Very pleased!

Unlike most everyone else my experience was great with Apria! I was sent the wrong CPAP machine and mask from Apria so I was bummed but called my local office in Kennewick WA and was quickly taken care of. Super friendly and very apologetic for the problem. Drove down and picked up the right machine and mask and was on my way in 2 minutes very professional and friendly!

Almost skipped using Apria in Kennewick WA to get my new CPAP, because the Apria reviews I read are terribly disappointing. However, when I went into their office, I found friendly, helpful, knowledgeable people. They delivered my new CPAP quickly, and other than the ridiculous amount of paperwork required by Medicare, the process couldn't have been more pleasant. Good customer service obviously depends on location and people!
