Update : My experience with Apollo started off good then ran into a few big problems. After working with Doug Jones at Apollo, he made right the issues that had caused me to write a negative review. It is very nice to have Doug show professionalism for Apollo. Everyone makes mistakes and Apollo stepped up took responsibility to make things right. Thank you!

Most recently I had a new water softener installed. In a society where there is very little customer service, Vinh and Steve went out of their way to make sure I was happy. In the past they have put in a new furnace and AC for me. They are always professional and responsive. Would definitely recommend!!Services: Installation
