Jeremy gave me great info when I called in a panic. Alex came promptly, was attentive to my concerns, thoroughly assessed my AC unit and explained what he was doing and why. Paige, in the office, was informative and assisted me to her best ability. I was disappointed in a policy change for the service agreement. Very disappointed since I have had it since I bought my homen9 years ago. Would have appreciated being grandfathered in due to my loyalty. Regardless of management's decisions, staff has always been wonderful. Today was no different. I hate the idea of changing companies. May if I can find one that honors what their policy changed.
