After installing a 4” filter in our ductwork and installing an Ecobee thermostat, I started noticing a whistling noise from the cold air return. Americool Heating & Air Conditioning troubleshot the source of the problem and were quick in rectifying a solution. Great service and communication. Problem resolved.
Jacob was extremely professional! He made it out same day I called, which was incredible! Jacob was very thorough and the price was reasonable! Thank you Americool! You will be the first company I ever call when/if HVAC Services are needed!
Service tech. was very personable and ready to diagnose and repair if necessary.
His high tech equipment found there WAS a slight problem in one of the HVAC ducts.
