They have what seems like infinite colors, tons of options for nail art/designs, and many other services (like Gel-X) that other salons don’t offer . The salon itself is lovely and clean with a fancy atmosphere. Kenny did an excellent job on my nails and I will be coming back!
Was recommended this salon from a barber down the street and was hooked up with this kind soul Kelli who was beyond amazing not only making me feel great about myself but she took the fear of letting someone else touch my hair. Such a wonderful experience! A beautiful atmosphere, great prices, and everyone was super sweet—from the receptionist to those who greeted me when I walked in and the stylist. I had Amanda F, and not only was she kind and easy to talk to, she gave me my favourite cut and color ever (seriously), and on top of that, she recommended local restaurants to try out. I cannot recommend this place or her enough!

I researched a lot of other hair salons in the area and read the stylists bios and found that Lokahi was the best fit. I couldn't be any happier!! Upon entering, the salon had such a wonderful feel, it was well decorated, bright and EXTREMELY CLEAN! This is an APPOINTMENT ONLY, and you can book online. I felt like pricing was great and the people here are extremely friendly. Bailey was my stylist and she was warm and kind, such a bright soul! Krystal would come in to take a peep how my hair was going and she was very pleasant to be around. Bailey communicated every step of the way and talked me through what we were doing. This is by far the BEST experience I've ever had. You will not regret coming here!!! If you're in the tri-cities area the drive is worth it! I would also like to note I have asian hair, dark as can be and Bailey did a wonderful job!!!

salon 509 is the only place in town i trust with my hair! aubrey grey is a phenomenal stylist, she always takes the time to ensure i like my hair and am happy with it. she works extra hard to make a safe space for queer/neurodivergent/etc. clients who may not typically feel warm & welcome in a typical salon environment. i always recommend this place to anyone looking to come relax & get their hair done!

Definitely recommend and will be using from now on for all my spray tans! Tiffany was polite and professional and offers competitive pricing. I prefer to be darker on the golden spectrum and she did great getting me the right shade. Her secret power is she follows the spray tans with a powder so I wasn’t sticky at all while I processed. I really appreciated a four hour wait to rinse time versus an 8 hour wait time! There are also other services she offers like affordable lashes I’ll be looking into next! Thank you Tiffany for a great tan that was the perfect golden shade!! I will see you again next month for my upcoming vacation!
Dakota gave me my first self tan spray I’ve ever had. She was beyond phenomenal. She made me feel so comfortable so relaxed and did such an amazing job. I told her what I wanted and she exceeded my expectations tremendously. I got so many compliments. What was just supposed to be a one time thing for a trip I think I’ll become my new obsession strongly strongly strongly recommend this place for a spray tan and if you can get Dakota, I would definitely tell you too. I had called around a couple places before deciding with them, and for his great of a job as she did their pricing was definitely on. The cheaper side compared to other spots. This was my first time spray tanning so I have nothing to compare it to but I'm a mature woman who knows good service and professionalism and she is both! Also , funny and did a great job! No heavy spots or weird coloring! Looking forward to returning!

Yesterday I took my mom and my 6yo daughter with me to get pedicures. Joyce was so sweet to my daughter and gave her an excellent pedicure. Normally nail techs at other salons have kind of rushed through a kid’s pedicure and it’s often messy and doesn’t look good. Joyce did a fantastic job! Yung did my pedicure and I mean it when I say I’ve never had such a perfect pedicure EVER. She was precise and my toenails are all even, shaped beautifully, and painted so well. There is literally no paint on the skin around my nails, the cuticles are trimmed excellently and the massage and callous removal was fantastic! I will only be coming here from now on! Make sure you call for an appointment as they don’t take walk-ins.

I see Holly Meija here, have for years. The salon is friendly and you can feel the warmth and care amongst everyone. Unlike other places. It feels safe secure and a place to feel at home. The salon is roomy and always very very clean. Location is central and easy to get to from West pasco even. You can tell from the patrons they feel the same way and that's probably why this salon and their stylists have so many loyal customers.

Melissa Waterbury DCNP is not just good, she is very good!. Amazing skill with liquid nitrogen! I had something that looked like skin cancer to me on my face about the size of a dime that was near my eye. It was a rough patch and would bleed easy. She identified it asKeratosis. In the same office visit, she sprayed it with liquid nitrogen. She was very careful not to get any in my eye. A light scab formed over the spot. It looked more like an age spot than a scab. In a few weeks, it was all gone and normal skin again! I had a spot of Keratosis on my arm years earlier. My family doctor said it was related to cancer in some way but not serious enough to treat it. I burned the Keratosis skin spot with a hot piece of metal, and it worked but left a scar. I expected a scar on my face to get rid of this spot. To my delight, there is no scar on my face, and it is all gone! Wow! It was amazing that she knew exactly what it was, knew the right treatment, and knew how to apply just enough liquid nitrogen to kill the Keratosis without causing scars or trauma to this area and surrounding skin. Nerves and skin are all normal! Very impressive! She totally killed it in more ways than one!

CVA Aesthetics will improve both your physical health and personal appearance. I loved the tempsure radio frequency treatment for my forehead , face and chin. I had the glands for my tear ducts cleaned and cleared and I have to say I am sorry I did not do this sooner. This medical spa could become my new favorite addiction. You leave feeling at least five years younger. More than one treatment will give even better results and I can't wait to return next month. Julie and team are competent and caring which is a perfect combination in my world. A good professional setting to help you with your needs.

Got pierced here tonight and it was a fabulous experience! I’ve had bad piercing experiences in the past so I was nervous about going somewhere new, but once I was in the chair I felt confident about my care, and secure the entire time. Piercings are walk in only, and I waited for about 20 minutes with one person ahead of me. He is FAST! But does a great job. Knowledgeable, fun guy that makes it a positive experience. I highly recommend this shop!
When it comes time to pierce, he makes a mark and shows you what he is thinking and allows for adjustments if need be. He looked at my reference photo and did it even better than the photo. He also told me to come back with the jewelry I wanted to switch out with and he would help me change it out. I paid $150 for a nostril and a helix so I would say he is very fairly priced. He is limited in jewelry selection but he stands behind the jewelry he uses, so that’s on purpose.
Bottom line, he did a great job and I will DEFINITELY be back. He is my new go-to guy!!

I got a GORGEOUS tattoo today by Boonzie at Monarch. From the moment I walked in the energy was so light and fun. All the staff was welcoming and you can tell they all really enjoy working with each other.
The facility was super clean and I was offered water and food any time I needed a break from the needle.
At one point I got a little nausea and mini panic attack and Kody started to sing a gospel song to calm my nerves. Boonzie soon joined in and before long my anxiety was gone! The beautiful harmony by Boonzie and Kody was so thoughtful.
I highly recommend Monarch Tattoo. I had such a great time there I can’t wait to go back for more ink (and more gospel)

Called yesterday to get a quote for a gas hookup for my outdoor firepit. They came out same day to look at the job, and scheduled the work for today! I've never been so happy. Their professionalism and amazing service speaks for itself. I could not have been more impressed. Hank the service tech also went out of his way to install my new firepit (I felt this was outside of the scope of work), and test all of our gas appliances after the work.

I broke a key for the storage compartments on my RV one day before an extended camping trip. I went to two different places and they couldn't help me. I came here the morning that we are leaving for the trip with both the broken key and RV in case the lock needed to be re-keyed or otherwise bypassed or replaced. I handed them the two pieces of the key and he didn't even hesitate. He grabbed a blank and was able to cut a new key using the broken one as a guide. New key works perfect, camping trip saved. I will definitely be coming back for any future lock requirements. Highly recommend.
Continental sent me an email outlining what I needed to do to prepare for the cleaning. The cleaning team had a cancellation and were able to come several hours earlier than expected. I did a walk through with them. They measured my carpet and told me what my bill would be and how long it would take them. I paid and got out of their way. They did a very good job. I definitely recommend them.
Vince did a great job with my carpets and at a very reasonable price. We have 3 dogs and that comes with mud, dirt, stains and lots of fur. I appreciated that he was able to come out quickly to our house since we were putting on the market. Thank you for helping make that situation easier for us.

Traveling from Hermiston, Oregon, to Kraft Floors in Kennewick was definitely worth the trip. Kraft Floors offers a much broader selection of flooring, tile, and stone compared to what I found locally. Despite the additional cost for taxes, I was still able to get a higher-quality floor that suited my taste at a lower price than the options available in Hermiston. Beyond the cost savings, Kraft Floors provided exceptional service, even opening the store on a weekend so I could pick up my flooring. For these reasons, I highly recommend this store and give it a five-star rating.

Tyler was Amazing!! The insurance company wanted to do business with a major company but we were against it. I called dicksenson construction to get an estimate of money and time and they were a lot faster than others. In less than a month of work time my entire kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room got finished. New flooring, new cabinets, new drywall, paint, and trim got finished. What really struck me about this business is that they provide products and service which you would think is mostly geared to professional tradesmen. In my experience, these kinds of businesses have little patience with the lay public, and in fact, usually end up being a bit short and rude with retail customers.This is where I was extremely pleased, and a bit surprised to find in my interactions on two different visits and talking with three different people at this business. Each one was very helpful, kind, and personable with my 17 year old son, and myself. Called around to a few places and settled on using Eden. Cleared up the mice problem in the house very quickly haven't had any issues inside sense. This company is amazing! They responded right away to our request for an estimate. (Their bid was very reasonable compared to the other 3 that we received). They began work on the agreed upon date and even agreed to an extra request to lay conduit for some backyard lighting. They were professional, courteous and communication couldn't have been better. Boyd’s is great! We had to take out 2 huge trees in our back yard at the beginning of a big project. They took the trees out then ground the stumps. I felt that they did a wonderful job. I was having pain in my rotator cuff and couldn’t lift anything heavy. Dr. Kyle has worked with it and I now have limited to no pain and can lift with no problems. I was having some balance issues and Dr Kyle worked with me and showed me some exercises to do and it helped tremendously. I also have allergy problems and was using nasal spray at least twice a day. He has been working on my sinuses and I no longer use any nasal spray. I would definitely recommend ICE. The staff is amazing to work with!

Friendly staff, very busy if you dont like crowds. a little to accomodating to unprepared and walk ins, which delays appointments. Overall they took great care of my pet, and our anxiety was controlled by being able to wait in an exam room.
Howie has really fluffy hair that grows out the side and other places have tried to cut it but it’s always really blotchy. This is definitely the best haircut he’s had in town and he even got a cute little tie lol his paws are also well trimmed and he seemed to have had a good time. Definitely coming back even if it’s a bit out of the way compared to his old groomer. Super happy overall :]

Our family really enjoys going to this dog wash. The tubs are large enough for my 70lb dog. Tubs are open on both sides so we make fast work of her bath by washing both her right and left side at once. The attendants are always helpful and happy. Every 7th wash is free. Highly recommend!

I had my first massage with Melisa last weekend. She was personable yet professional, and she made me feel both comfortable and safe during the entire massage, which added to my overall relaxation. She did great work on my whole body, but I especially loved the upper back and neck work I received. She even did some work to promote better flow of my lymphatic system. She has a very safe, soothing touch, and a great pace. Melisa is clearly very knowledgeable and has lots of tools and techniques up her sleeve.
