I walked into Juggernaut MMA a few weeks ago to give myself a distraction and outlet for a difficult time in my life.Kru Jeff was the first person I interacted with and talked about signing up with. I'll be very honest, I was very intimidated walking in the first time. I have zero martial arts or wrestling experience. My son is 10 and not athletic at all so when he showed interest in this program I was a bit skeptical. Boy was I wrong, this is the best training I could ever have hoped to get him involved in. The coaches are so good with the kids and I'm sure the adult classes are even better. Today my son left training and said 'It hurts so bad, but I'm so happy'I can't thank Juggernaut MMA and Coach David enough for giving my son a chance to show himself what he is really capable of and to build self-confidence in himself and give him the self-esteem to go so much further than I think he ever thought he could! This place is the real deal and we are so blessed to have found it.

I started coming here in early 2023 and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Jeff has been phenomenal in creating not only a great gym to learn and train at, but also a place you just want to be. While getting in shape and learning to defend myself and my family, I’ve made lifelong friendships. You will too.
