“Willy came out to Camas today and diagnosed a fabric tension problem with our retractable Sunsetter awning. He determined the problem was not as bad as we thought. I asked for his cost on replacement fabric it seemed very reasonable. I asked what he would do if it was his awning. Willy looked at the fabric again and said if it were him, he would get at least another season of service out of the fabric because it is still in good enough condition.“
