Good experience. I got a call back within an hour, and an appointment the next business day. The service guys called me on their way to alert me they were coming. At every level they were good communicators. They were thorough to investigate and efficient to solve the problem. I asked questions, and they were interested in answering them to help me understand my heating and cooling system, beyond the needed repair. I recommend B&M!

I have used this company twice now. First time was a heater problem (12/09/2010). Then yesterday (6/05/2016) my AC went out. Luckily I found their cancelled check from 2010 so I could call them for the AC problem. The lady that answers the phone is very nice and listens intently. She even looked me up in their system from 2010. I was still in there. Anyway she promised she would have a tech out to my house the next day. He was at my house by noon and called ahead to let me know he was en-route. That in itself is amazing. Don arrived and I described the problem. He knew what was wrong immediately.
