I used to go to EWC but after the extremely pleasant experience I had here I will definitely be returning. My Waxer was named Lorena, I highly recommended her to anyone. She is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about everything she does. You have questions, she has answers! Very soft spoken yet not a word said that was not heard. So you know that when you’re there, you will feel comfortable and not like you’re being rushed around or just another face in the crowd.
My technician was amazing, and gave such a professional experience - for someone that shared she very recently graduated, she truly brought a grace and polish to the whole experience beyond her years and took joy in her job. The conversation was nicely balanced between taking me thru the technical side of the service AND keeping light topics going that helped keep me distracted from the inevitable ouch of a first time full leg wax. There was an issue with the credit card system at the end but the girls trouble shooting were so calm and resourceful to make sure, pivoting with solutions quickly to ensure they could charge me once it was resolved without making me wait it...read full review
