I’ve been going to Thrive Integrative Health doing acupuncture and other treatments since the middle of November. As an athlete growing up and then a college athlete whose body was pushed the most intense limits - my body has been in chronic pain with super “messed up” (total medical term lol) joints and muscles for as long as I can remember. I’ve done massage therapy, chiropractic, prescription pain pills, over-the-counter pain pills, physical therapy and a slough of other at-home remedies... but nothing has ever fully relieved the pain. BUT THIS DID. Granted it wasn’t overnight, but for first time in more than 15 years my body is without pain. The thing I love the most about Thrive is they are all about integrative treatment - they know they are not the end all be all, but know that people can benefit from different combinations of treatments: acupuncture combined with some cupping and then some chiropractic and some massage, maybe even some Chinese herbs and also naturopathic work - they all improve your body’s well being. They listened to me and my issues and learned about me, as a person, which is so different than most “medical professionals” out there. I AM A FIRM BELIEVER. I wish I wouldn’t have waited so long to try it. So if you have been wondering about it, I encourage you to try it. It was beyond a game-changer for me!!

I’ve been seeing Gracia since October to help with fertility problems. My husband and I had been trying to conceive for almost a year at that point. Not only did Gracia do her job as an acupuncturist, but she helped teach me how to increase my chances of fertility in other ways outside of the office. With Gracia’s help and support, I was able to get pregnant within two months of working with her. Not only has she helped us get pregnant, but I have been able to continue to see her to help prevent a miscarriage and help ease those awful pregnancy symptoms. Gracia is one of the sweetest and kindest people I’ve ever met and always makes me feel comfortable when I’m with her. I will forever be grateful to her!!
