Rich has kept us aware of changes, from availability of materials to finding surprises (like a nest of termites), which he took care of. This company is top notch from the first phone call with Ashley to the availability of the technicians and the wide variety of experience. We have been so impressed. Rich helped us with dry rot in our window sills and a few other things that popped up and Randy assisted us with hanging lights and being able to figure out the shower head issue to Andrey and Bryan hanging our garage ceiling storage rack. They are also helping us with pull outs or our kitchen cabinets. Jon was so good to work with and his recommendations were very reasonable.
