Joann and staff are exceptional. I would highly recommend to anyone new to medi-spas to give them a try! I didn't know much and had my questions answered perfectly. They are also very compassionate about any pain or fears you might have. Always a great experience when I come for a visit!

Renette is amazing!! A consummate professional, perfectionist and advocate for skincare, she is also super friendly, fun and personable and will craft a plan with you for both preventative as well as responsive treatments… as well as for when you need a relaxing ooh or an ahh spa facial day ?

Do the hydrafacial! Polly left my skin looking like glass; smaller looking pores, highly hydrated skin. I'm two days out and my products absorb better and make up looks amazing. Also got my brow maintenance, which can be scary. If you get an aggressive aesthetician, you can walk out with a 90's brow and have to wait months for them to grow back. Renette left me with perfect brows. She noted the direction my brows grow and how to trim them back on one brow a bit more than the other so their arcs have more symmetry.
