Beware, this company is a fraud. I reserved via the company website and was immediately charged the cleaning amount. All attempts to contact the company via phone were not responsive. Nobody showed up at the reservation date. I had to cancel my credit card and dispute the transaction.

We were super pleased with our experience with Naked Carpets. They were able to get some pet stains out that had been in the carpet for years. We had tried everything we could to clean them, rented a carpet cleaner, used all manner of products, but Naked Carpets got the carpets looking like they were brand new.Will absolutely use them again when we need our carpets cleaned next.
