Mindy is always so welcoming and gracious while Master Park is very, kind and patient. He makes sure that the students are attentive and that they execute their forms correctly. You can tell that they care about making sure the students succeed in Tae Kwon Do as well as in life!“

4063 148th Ave NE, Bellevue“A True Gem for Learning Practical Self-Defense As someone who's trained in martial arts since the age of 6, I can confidently say that Conqueror is a true gem for passionate martial artists like myself and anyone who is interested in learning practical self-defense skills. While I've competed in various disciplines, including Sanda, wrestling, MMA, and Brazilian Jiujitsu, throughout my life, as I've gotten older, my training priorities have shifted from sport to self-defense. I went to several different schools in the area, but, ultimately, settled on Conqueror. To be honest, I was originally a little hesitant to try Hapkido since I'd heard criticisms that it isn't very effective. My initial skepticism and preconceived notions were dispelled during my first class. Master Ali teaches a unique self-defense system that integrates Hapkido with other arts, such as Brazilian Jiujitsu, Karate, Taekwondo, Muay Thai, Boxing, wrestling, and Judo, with an emphasis on real-world applications. As such, he has modified the traditional Hapkido techniques by combining them with Brazilian Jiujitsu and wrestling principles, making them undeniably effective. Right off the bat, I noticed how my existing skills were enhanced and complemented by his instruction. Master Ali and Master Roland are both exceptional. Frankly, I don't think other instructors in the area have even close to their level of experience in both martial arts and real self-defense situations. Their wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience makes every class engaging and enlightening. While they push us to improve our skills, they keep classes fun and enjoyable. They also foster a positive and respectful environment that encourages students to grow and excel, both on and off the mat. Whether you're a seasoned martial artist like me or someone looking to start their martial arts journey, I highly recommend Conqueror. The caliber of instructors, the integrated self-defense system, and the practicality of the training make it a one-of-a-kind experience. My skills have improved immensely, and I'm excited to continue my martial arts journey here. Don't miss out on this opportunity! Five stars all the way!“

Within this short period, he has improved focus, determination and discipline. The number of reviews here on google reviews does not showcase the great work that Master Park . If you are in the Bellevue area, I would highly suggest Master Park's TKD for all round development for your child.“
“We love this place. The teacher for the kids (Jeff) is super professional, very nice, and extremely patient. My daughter says he’s the best teacher she’s ever had in her life. They learn a lot more than just Aikido techniques, but also good life philosophies.“

TMA camps are a great mix of physical, mental and emotional stimulations for kids that is needed during the summer months.“
“Bellevue Kendo is incredible. This is no "black belt mill" - you actually have to earn your advancement. It's run by Jeff Marsten (well known in Kendo) and his crew of senseis. If you want personal challenge and serious growth, or a place for your kids where they are driven and worked hard - this is it.What you get for the price is truly incredible - it must be subsidized by the city.“

I was looking for an extracurricular activity to teach my kids about discipline, focus and hard work. We’ve only been attending for a few weeks, but I can already see the changes in my kids under the guidance of Levi. Not only are they enjoying learning martial arts, but their leader Levi, also gives the kids life lessons about controlling their body, mind and emotions. It’s been a joy to see my children take these lessons and apply both their life lessons and maneuvers at home.“

13222 SE 30th St a4, Bellevue“I primarily train Muay Thai here, so I'll speak on that. It's a great training environment for beginners as well as competitive amateur fighters. Both coaches are absolute killers but also very nice and easy to get along with. The classes focus heavily on technique but provide a decent workout as well. More advanced people stay after class for open mat, which are mostly sparring, but you can also do bag work or work on specific drills. Egos do exist but are rare and not the norm here. Those with a lot of ego who go hard in sparring with no respect towards others eventually get it handed to them by more advanced fighters, so that balances things out and keep the training culture respectful. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to try combat sports and to grow in the art of Muay Thai with a supportive group.“
“What a great gym! I was in town on business and thought I would visit. As a Gracie University student, I have reciprocal privileges at all Certified Training Centers. Barry, Jen and their entire staff were warm and welcoming from the moment I entered. And then for mat time, Barry was gracious to work with me, doing some 1-1 Master Cycle training. How cool to roll with a Gracie Black Belt! I was able to watch them work with their kids class and they did a masterful job. Even the parents paid attention! If you're looking for a martial arts gym, look no further. NAK2 Academy is a gem!“
