This was my first experience with replacing flooring. My upgrade involved sheet vinyl, vinyl plank, and carpeting. Everyone – from start to finish – at Long's was just wonderful, helpful, professional and kind. I had lots of questions, which were all answered promptly and professionally. 10/10 – would do it again

I had a great experience with Long's Floor Carpet. Nic was punctual for the measurement appointment and very helpful when we visited the store to pick out the type of carpet. During the installation, the technicians arrived on time and worked very professionally. They completed the work as expected, finished on time, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward.
The pricing was also excellent. After comparing with other options, including Costco contractors, which are hard to beat, Long's offered a great deal.
