Hands down, one of the best vets I've encountered. I have had cats for many decades and I have had all sorts of varied experiences, but the most common and the most frustrating, is going to a vet where there is no conversation, just reliance on tests, and typically expensive ones. Dr. Rice, who owns the facility is an exception veterinary physician, as a physician myself, I appreciate clinical skill and I appreciate her experience, her skill, and her willingness to sit down and work through the possible diagnoses and to uses tests judiciously, their costs are lower and the care is personal and, frankly skillful, and, in my experience has been right on. My dog and I were new patients establishing care. At all points of my experience the staff were amazing. They were very accommodating to my dog making sure he was happy and comfortable. Dr Joan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. I’m so glad to have opted to start my dog here and I feel like he’s in great hands moving forward.
