It was a Friday night and Jordan responded back to us came to the house within an hour, diagnosed the problem and offered a solution. He was very communicative, prompt, responsive, clear and fair. “I called a couple bigger names but neither answered the phone. Then I called Dirk’s and about an hour later a friendly tech was at my house ready to service my furnace. He got it working within 45 minutes and explained how everything was supposed to work and what he was doing to test/fix it. I highly recommend these guys if you need your furnace serviced.“

“The communication with Green Bear Heating and Air was excellent. The tech couldn't come on the scheduled Friday but they let me know and rescheduled to the following Friday. We called them for our 4 fireplaces maintenance. The tech was polite and did his work quietly and left the areas clean. My issue is the price; they charge $265 per fireplace (before tax). It took the tech 2.5 hours to do his thorough maintenance job for all 4 fireplaces, which ends up at $424 per hour. I think it is way too expensive, especially since all 4 fireplaces are in the same house.“
