“Met him while he was working on a neighbors house. Decided to use him too. He remodeled both of our bathrooms. He did an amazing job. A little slower than I would like but his work showed so I am happy all around. Will be using him for everything he is willing to do moving forward.“

“Mr. Handyman repaired my balcony above my garage that incurred water damage, installed a waterproof vinyl cover, and replaced the railing. The work they did was high quality and it looks great. My only gripe is that after spending $15K, and paying labor rates of $100-$140/hour, I was asked if I wanted to tip at the end of the project. . I did not appreciate that ... and despite what they say.... that is not customary to ask that. It left a bad taste in my mouth, and, quite honestly, makes me hesitate to call on them again even though they did good work. In response to the reply by the business regarding the tip, I think the point is being missed. A.) I didn't ask you if I could tip. You asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. B.) Asking your customers to leave a tip when they already paid $100-$140 per hour is inappropriate on any size job, and, frankly, undermines tipping that people should leave service providers that earn much less.“
