From start to finish, Mike provided detailed information and customer care. After his carpet cleaning I was concerned about the odor in my Condo. He immediately said that he would retreat at no cost with a steam cleaning. As it turned out, there was no issue with the odor after moving in, heating and airing out the Unit.
