We just had Actionaire come out and clean our dryer vent yesterday. The technicians name was Shane and he did a great job. We had another company come out the past three years but we were still getting a lot of lent coming out of the vent outside of our home. Shane definitely knew what he was doing and addressed all of the bends in our vent - the other company never did that. We now have a vent that is actually clean and my concerns of a fire in the dryer vent are over. We will have Actionaire and Shane come out every year to make sure we don't have any issues with lent building up in out dryer vent. Outstanding job Shane....thank you so much. Jason was so awesome during his initial walkthrough of our existing heat pump and inside unit. He took the time to explain how they would replace our system and even suggested improvements they could do during the install to make it more efficient. We our very happy with our new heat pump and air handler and look forward to having lower utility bills. I highly recommend this local company for any heating or cooling needs.
