Joey’s in-depth knowledge of remediation gave us full confidence in the company, Joe reinforced it by his clear and timely communication, and then Curtis & Wendy provided very professional work in the attic and crawlspace. I called Good To Go to get a quote on Mold Remediation. The owner, Joey Novatney, was so impressive. He came out, looked at the issue and ended up referring a different company. Turns out the issue wasn't as bad as I'd thought and he was honest enough to tell me. The actual problem was that we needed to replace the crappy old fan. He gave us the name of contractors that could do that plus great advice on how to clean up the problem and what to do to prevent it in the future. He spent a good amount of time helping us and then didn't charge us for the service call. Who does that? Such an honest guy!
