Ordered flowers for mothers day the same day they were able to have them at her home. Would highly recommend, also the customer service rep that took my call was really helpful. Will continue to use this service thank you again.

Reached out to Karen's floral very last minute for a same day floral arrangement delivery for my aunt. I am from California, she is from Grandview Washington. Melinda was the one that helped me out. She was helpful and really nice. The arrangement itself was (medium size) 70$ plus the delivery fee of 16$. For a total of 86$. The arrangement was really pretty and flowers looked nice! Some of the other companies I looked at, the pictures and the arrangements looked NOTHING alike. Melinda even sent me pictures of 3 different arrangements and let me pick out which one I wanted! I would def recommend them!

My boyfriend and I haven’t been to this shop despite living in Grandview all our lives and I can’t believe I’ve never gone in sooner. We had gone in to return some packages and were blown away by the customer service. The lady running the front counters (who I want to assume is the owner) was so absolutely LOVELY! She was so sweet and was helping me with not only my packages but helped me around her store. She has not only some really beautiful flowers but candy, teas, drink mixes, and other things along those lines all from small businesses/businesses in the valley! I really recommend supporting her business if given the chance as she deserves it!
