We have been using this plumbing company for over 15 years and have always been very happy with their work. Recently, Jack came out to help us with some plumbing issues. He was professional, knew what he was doing, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Jack and his assistant replaced a widespread faucet, repaired two toilets, and put in a new drain plug, all in a quick and tidy manner. Everything was fixed just the way we wanted. On a previous visit, we had a city inspector check the new water heater that was installed in our attic. my hot water heater started leaking and needed to be replaced, so i called a local plumber. they quickly found a time for me and kept me updated with reminders and a message when they were on their way. jack and miles, the plumbers who came out, were really friendly and took the time to walk me through everything before they got to work. they made sure to let me know about any possible surprises during the job. the replacement was done in about an hour, and afterwards they patiently answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. i'd definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help. great job from start to finish!
